Angkor Wat



Angkor Wat is a temple complex at Angkor, Cambodia. It is built for King Suryavarman 2 in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. Khmer is the name of the people who lived in Angkor. Angkor Wat means city temple in Khmer language.
